STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

We directly follow the All-In Performance program, created by Ken Hetzel, former Performance Coach of the NHL's Vancouver Canucks.  Tested and proven to get results.

PROFESSIONAL WORKOUTS

Personal Programs

The high-level workouts the pros use.  Our team will assess every player's needs and develop a program specifically for their strength and conditioning needs.  Each player will develop at their specific level and pace for best results.

TESTING

Off-Ice & On-Ice

To ensure developmental progress, athletes are regularly tested both on-ice and off-ice.  These tests also show how off-ice training development directly translates to on-ice speed and performance.

Training times have been added seven days per week with our additional staff of TJ Ezzard, Neumann University Strength & Conditioning Courses, and Jake Krempa, ACE Certified.

In order to identify the athletes' progress, this program requires a 3 month commitment.  Now is the time to get started.

Sessions are 1 hour in length

Two Sessions per week for 3 months

26 Sessions = $1,350.00
