Choose from one of our Skating Party Packets. Or, if you have non-skating guests, select one of our Non-Skating Party Packets. Want a bit of both? No problem, reserve the Combo Party Packet that fits your needs. ALL PARTIES ARE PRIVATE!
Pricing Options:
Non-skating parties include activities and games on the ice that do not require skates such as ice painting, broomball, floor hockey, and sleds.
Skating parties include any combination of the following:

Combo Parties have the ice split to offer both a skating section & non-skating activities
Party packets include:

One hour and 45 minutes private party with first hour for use of ice rink and 45 minutes in party room

On-ice activities for non-skating and combo party packets

Skate rentals and up to 10 skating aids included in price of skating and combo party packets

Two dedicated party hosts

Paper products, cups and utensils

All set up and clean up

Loudoun Ice Centre’s mascot (Beary) appearance upon request
Party extras such as food, additional beverages, goodie bags, cake, and balloons are NOT included, but can be ordered through Loudoun Ice Centre. No outside food or drinks are permitted with the exception of cake and/or cupcakes.
